What are the differences between Embershot Account types?

Embershot Account Types:

  • Enterprise Site Admin - Organization administrator managing Enterprise Pro Users. Capabilities include creating multiple projects, assigning project admins, and disabling accounts within the organization. Contact support@embershot.com for setup details.

  • Enterprise Pro User - "This user has all the same permissions as a Pro User, but is paid for and managed by an organization."

Project Settings:

  • Project Admin - User with shared access to all project files and ability to send them to anyone. Can view file history and add users without restrictions. Projects require at least one paying Pro or Enterprise Pro User.

  • Project Users - Added to a project through manual invitation or file sharing by a Project Admin.
