In what time zone will my link expire?

Embershot detects the time zone on your computer or mobile device. If a file is set to expire at 11:00 AM and your device is displaying EST, the file will expire for the recipient at 11:00 AM EST.

• The timezone can be viewed in the prompt that appears during the sharing process.

However, the expiration time displayed in the email notification will always display the time in PST. The system converts your timezone to PST so the time stays accurate (e.g. 8:00 AM PST).

Note: The default expiration time, if no time is specified, is 11:59 AM in your device's timezone.
